Broadbottom Cricket Club: AGM Notification 2026 / 27

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given for the Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held:

Date: Thursday, 27th November 2025
Time: 7:30 PM
Location: BCC Clubhouse

Nominations for Club Positions
A list of positions will be:
• Posted in the clubhouse.
• Shared via BCC social media.
• Circulated through the BCC main WhatsApp group.

An overview of each position will be available by Monday, 3rd November ‘25. To request a copy, please email Jill Langton, Club Secretary at harri15@hotmail.com.
All nominations should be emailed to Jill by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 19th November 2025.

Each nomination should:
• Clearly state the position
• Include the name of the seconder.

If more than one nomination is received for a position, a vote will take place at the AGM.

Other Resolutions
Currently, there are no other proposed resolutions or orders of business. There is no recourse at the AGM for unannounced business. Anyone wishing to raise a specific rule(s) resolution or an item for Any Other Business must do so by Wednesday, 19th November, by emailing Jill.

Agenda & Associated Documentation
After Wednesday, 19th November ‘25, the agenda and any associated documents will be finalised and made available on the night of the AGM.
